Can I Use Amazon Images According Amazon Affiliate Terms?

what if I download these images and resize (reduce the image size to reduce the page loading time) and re-upload to my hosting? Will it be a problem?

Although they suggest not to download the images but use their API, there have been no cases where someone has been banned for downloading and uploading images on theie server.
So I guess it's all fine.

To play it safe it is better to use their API and not getting banned in the future. Some people has been banned for downloading and hosting the images on their server.

Use API. Don't host the images on your hosting.
Thank you everyone for your feedback. so currently i write only 5 to 10 in months. so its easy to maintain pull out images though api? i could not find more details for particular image show in my website through amazon api.

As far I know,
Don't write something on the image or edit it. You may resize it.
Most of the image related ban cases are for the manupmanipul the images, or showing the price with it.
Safest method is to use them with the API.
But in many cases APIs don't work, so I use the safer method as avove.
