You can add an email address that is not already the primary email address on another Google Account or a Gmail account. So Alternate email addresses function nearly the same as your primary email address you can use alternate email addresses to sign in and receive notifications

There's no problem in having a different email for adsense and using another email for analytics and search console. Have been doing this since so many years.

Yes, you can. First of all, you need to go on the user management setting which is available in the sidebar of an Adsense account. You can click on the account. Then on the access and authorization, now you will be on the user management setting.
Here you can see an option of invite users. Put the gmail address of the user in which you want to shift your adsense
account and click on invite user button. The account which you have invited need to accept the invitation. You can check
your Gmail and adsense mail.
