both are interesting topics. How would I go about doing this? I want to clean up the element of BH involved in what is discussed in the first article and make a chrome/firefox plugin that inflates web traffic legitimately. Any information on this is much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

A plugin won't inflate traffic magically. No matter what you do, you need traffic of some sort, whether its real or bot traffic. There are quite a few bots that are click happy themselves.
