Can I still receive payments when Paypal is locked? (yearly limit)

Not sure if this is the right place to ask this.

But I'm pretty much on my yearly limit and they're being slow with reviewing my documents.

Can I still receive payments through paypal or will customers not be able to pay me until everything has been sorted out?

When my account was frozen before, they let me receive payments, but I couldn't do any transactions or transfer mony to my bank account. That was two years ago though, Things might of changed by now.

PS I HATE Paypal. I wonder how much Customer's money they have kept over the years?

You mean taking money with the fees or freezing an account and being unable to unfreeze it?
 
They are making this and to me i sent documents before a month still no responce

They basically let money in to your account, but not out when it's frozen. They never loose. They make interest on your money. It might not sound like much interest, but multiply it by the hundreds of thousands of people they probably have frozen at any one time.
 
Mine was limited for 180 days, but they allowed me to receive payments. It's all written down in the resolution center.
 
After 21 days they will release your money if you don't received dispute or so. If not, you will get notification about ability of bank account withdrawal after one year. :( If you make some bad things I will recommend you some anonymous (or almost anonymous) bank account with prepaid card. QCK card, Veritas and similar. They don't request any verification from you.

Yes, you can receive payments even when it is limited. Literally you are giving free funds to PayPal for as long as your limit remains so why will not they take it.
 
You can receive the payment in paypal when it is locked. But why would you like to get money in locked account?
