What is the rush to post links?
Here is what I see when I see someone trying to post a link and it is not clickable:
1) He is trying to be helpful yet does not have permissions - I let that stay up usually but send a note to the poster.
2) He is trying to post a link to generate traffic to his lame site - I usually just delete it and send a note to the poster.
3) He is trying to game BHW and make money from his link - I warn them, give them infraction points and delete the post/thread.

Careful what you post. non clickable will be a problem if its for example an affiliate link
