Automatic posting can be exploited for spam. I think there may be a few applications that do this but it's not very effective.
Can i post in all group's at once using multiple accounts?

You can but be careful because you may be scanned, you should use a different address for each account

You can, just be careful about repetitive comment, spam and this kind of stuff, besides using a proper setup, like a proxy and a whole different browser profile for each account
