Yes. Use Facebook RPA mass automation tool. And ofc you need to mass join those groups first with those accounts. Technically there are two different tasks here.
But note that if your posts could get deleted by group admins or anything. No tool can solve that I guess.

It's possible, but you need careful when using these tool and don't post too much at the same times, fb will mark you as spam and you would be banned

Yes You can add auto post in all public groups that you have joined through your Facebook account, however my recommendation will be do it manually as using the bots is against the Facebook Policies and results in a spam due to the violation
