can I open a new paypal account after my account is permanently limited?

hello,

I had a paypal account which got permanently limited because I was selling copyrighted content and I was not careful at all, it was associated with my real name/address/bank

I currently use a relative's account, which has been running for a year without problems (friends and family transfers only).

Now I want a backup. Can I open another account using my real name, take a new ID photo, misspell the address, and open a new account with a different bank?

Will this work?

I think a UK Ltd is something like $15 and a address service might be another $10-$15 per month to have. Really a small sum for doing business, then ofcourse you need a cheap bookkeeping guy to go over the books once per year.

or can just register for an solo trader license which is free
then register a business name
which is like ~50 AUD or $120 for 3 years or something
Then you are legally allowed to trade under the solo license's business name.
Although, tax structure is different under this model

i actually have one, but I need to open a Wise account and convince them that I have a legit business....etc, is it worth it ? will the business account last longer because I really need a way to send payment links to non Paypal users
 
Be careful before opening those UK businesses. Think twice.
It's easy, it's cheap, it's convenient...but don't forget you need to pay yearly taxes, fill out forms and deal with this shit every year.
I prefer US LLC, at least it is disregarded for taxes purposes, at least if you are opening an individual company. It's more expensive but less hassle in the long term.

It will work as good as your regular account depending on what you sell.

i send only payment links to emails, and I tell my clients to not fill the description, I have to justify this to Paypal, do you have any business Idea in mind that I can justify to convince Paypal

Consultation calls by phone or similar maybe to clients.
 
Are you sure it was copyrighted content? Also tou can buy them dirt cheap or make a business account using LTD company.

will be too risky to use same it's better to try to get payments by other methods than paypal now
 
If you have not used your personal details before, you can use it to open a backup account without any issues as long as you do not violate the rules again
