Hello I was wonder can I monetize news content on yt?

I plan to post video only with picture and my voice reading that news from some article.

Is that can be monetized?

Video would not be on English.

do y ou show your face?
i know a lot youtuber that only stand infront camera read and comment on news. they are monetized

No just picture I make in Photoshop and my voice reading news from some article? I hope that content is monetized bcs I use my own voice.

it will be monetized but without ur face audience will not interact or grow !

without face i doubt you can grow. but you can try.
i nver found youtuber that read news with no face. well maybe you can change to ready storry, and give good storry telling, that one i have seen with no face. put some good stock video
