Beacause i read in rules that talking about service before jrvip status is it illegal.

That can come across as preselling which is a no-no here.

You could share what you know by helping others in threads where people are in need with your knowledge and that would not only be helpful to the one asking but to others that are reading the thread.

BTW, I would not share your niche in particular as that can cause others to hop on that and compete with you.

I'll try to paraphrase: don't go telling people what your skills are. Answer questions related to your skills to be helpful to others and your skills will be obvious even if not stated.
