Can I get in trouble for having WatchNBAOnline.com?

Just wondering if I make a full site and flip it if I could get in trouble, or have the NBA order the site down for trademark infringement? Lot of sports sites use NBA, MLB, NHL etc right? Is it a big deal? Appraised at $16.8k. 50k searches a month. 90.5k searches during basketball season months.

Appraised at $16.8k? You would be lucky to get $16.80...

My advice would be don't waste any energy on the site and let the domain drop. Not worth the hassle.

Not seeing why anyone would think that's a bad domain, besides NBA and being trademarked. A lot of searches if you built into a site and threw live games on it could make a lot of $$

I think it would be allowed to stay up UNTIL there were live games on the site. Now linking to someone elses links.....hmmm that might work depending the country its in

Yeah the goal was to start a site to watch all the games live, stats, etc then charge a membership fee etc. or just flip it depending on the cost to build.
