Can I get back a suspended ad account

If Facebook restricted you from running ads, you can try appealing through their support, but it's usually difficult to overturn. Getting verified won't automatically lift the restriction. Your best bet is to create a new Business Manager with fresh payment methods or use an agency account.
 
Having had ads restricted for years, there is almost no chance of fighting back. If you still want to continue, the best way is to start from scratch: clean device, clean IP, and properly start the account. Identity verification can help increase trust, but does not guarantee reopening ads.
 
there are different types of disable, if there is an appeal button you just need to send a profile picture and it will work again immediately, i have a way to appeal like that
 
Getting verified helps, but it’s still a gamble, try appealing, but don’t waste money on sketchy services.
 
You've restricted for a long time, I don't make sure that you can appeal successfully again . You can try with a new profile and account

There are many ways to disable an account. We will still have a way but not for every case.
