And explain why it is mistakenly restricted.

But, if you have all proof then you can contact with them.

There's no way around it. Facebook is not nice now. You can contact support and maybe you get lucky.

Getting back a suspended ad account after years can be very difficult, but it’s possible. You can try appealing through Facebook’s Business Support if you haven’t already. Being verified might help, but it’s not a guarantee.
 
I think its going to be difficult. But you have to knock at their door for multiple times. First, if the issue with identity of the account. Then forget about it. Accounts with fake identity never gets restored. I had such account and i asked my va to contact them every week. Even after 6 months, there was nothing.
 
Have you checked if the account has an appeal button? Or you can ask the support team to submit an appeal for you

yes of course you can appeal for ad account if you believe your product complies with facebook policy
 
you can try with a new profile and account, then you can start to run ads again. You've restricted for a long time, so I don't make sure that you can appeal successfully again
 
Actually it's been a long time so I think it will be a bit difficult to get it back, but you should try it, and if it doesn't work then use a new account to start everything over, good luck and success.
 
Yes you can, but I don't recommend it. Instead of dealing with this, open a new account right away.
 
Just top butress the question, can one recover ads ability if the account if banned for non payment of funds?
