What if someone illegally reports a refund after a digital purchase on PayPal?

Can I delete my PayPal account and create a new account with the same Bank account to solve the problem?

Or, can I remove the bank account from the current PayPal account and add it to a new PayPal account to solve the problem?

You cannot delete your PayPal account and its against the Terms of Service to create 2 accounts on the same person. Unless you open a Perosnal account + Business account

Ok then I deleted the account and create a business account+ personal account with same Bank account will it be okay?

They are saving the Bank account details so each Bank + Credit Card can be attached on 1 account, even if you are deleting the account.

Then what if I remove my bank account and add in new PayPal account will they accept it?
