No, you need to be either a Jr VIP or buy a marketplace seller account

You need to be JrVIP and have at least 100 quality posts. Spam posts will get you banned.

jr. vip and marketplace seller both are need to buy. i heard jr vip need to buy for $97 same this also marketplace seller

If you want to be a Marketplace Seller, you can upgrade now for $500 (+ VAT, where applicable).

If you want to be a Jr VIP, you need 100 quality posts and to have been a forum member for 60 days. It costs $97 (+ VAT, where applicable).
