No, you need to be either a Jr VIP or buy a marketplace seller account

If you want to be a Marketplace Seller, you can upgrade now for $500 (+ VAT, where applicable).

If you want to be a Jr VIP, you need 100 quality posts and to have been a forum member for 60 days. It costs $97 (+ VAT, where applicable).
