Can I create a thread for review of app

Working on a Rank Tracker, it should be ready soon. Can I post it somewhere on bhw and offer temporary access to the service for review for free? or do I need a sales thread?

So upgrading to premium membership should work for posting in the Beta thread?
Also, will I be automatically upgraded to Jr. VIP after the completion of requirements (60 days, 100 posts) or do I need to pay again...

Upgrading to Premium or Marketplace Seller would work for that subforum but you do not automatically get changed to Jr Vip as that is a different membership and you would have to pay for that.
