It's unnecessary to have two pages of the same content, neither is it possible to have the same url of the same content. I would simply remove one of them. And if you must have two (it happens, maybe for a sale copy), certainly noindex the other..

If it is for sites like e commerce sites you can use canonical tag. This way you can avoid plagiarism.
