can i choose this domain name ?

Dear experts, i found health-related keyword, has 22 Keyword Difficulty when i try to register the domain I could not find any EMD, but if i add "help or aid" to the main keyword i could able find the domain. so, should i register those domains and will it has any SEO benefits.

I seek your valuable suggestion.

In the past, SEO was simpler, a domain name could have a good impact on its ranking. Not anymore. Today, domain name very little weight on your SEO afforts. Don't worry about getting a EMD for your site, if you like it, go get it.

Vere is 100% correct here. The EMD has almost no weight at all in terms of your site and rankings. It honestly is probably better to go with something shorter and more memorable that includes something related to the niche in my option. For example instead of MathProblemHelp .com you could have something like MathHero .com or MathPro .com (which I'm sure are taken haha)
