If it's a useful tool that people on the forum would be interested in, as long as it's not behind an opt-in and there's no trickery as far as trying to profit off the share, I dont think sharing it here would be an issue - and it would probably be appreciated. May be a good idea to reach out to a mod first though.

That is accurate - it can't be promotional, you can't collect emails and it can't be malicious.
The membership would probably appreciate the share if those aspects are not part of it.
