Is Google really against ai generated content?

I bumped into this tool huggingface gpt-2 ai content detector, I don't how authentic this tool real is, because it seems to detecting content generated with ai even with openai playground.

No. Google can't detect AI content. This is actually the truth as has been evident from the SERPs for a lot of queries.

Google is not that advanced now, it can't detect AI content . so don't worry it can't penalize, but in future there might be a update in google. so currently you use this content. anyhow google will not suddenly penalize any sites.

It uses datasets that might require training. It says that it is self-supervised; I guess that it might depend on your seed as well.

@Xtencion , you checked in that or whatever tool, WITHOUT a final touchup to the article in order to ensure it is plagiarism free content. After initially checking for plagiarism in any tool and if the plagiarised content shows as approximately more than 10%, then obviously any such AI detector tool that you used, will detect it as AI content. Check a AI content which is redited to the level of 0% plagiarism and that AI detector tool will detect it as non-AI content.

Don't be naive thinking a https://www.google.com/search?q=google+worth&oq=google+worth&aqs=chrome..69i57j0i512l7j69i64.2144j0j7&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 can't detect text generated by rehashing big chunks of text and changing the wording (also known as A.I).

They just chose not to care, for now.
How long will this take? Who knows, who cares. It works for now.

Bing detects it for example right off the bat. Sometimes they punish you, sometimes they don't. Hit and miss with them.

thanks.

Don't be naive thinking a trillion dollar company can't detect text generated by rehashing big chunks of text and changing the wording (also known as A.I).

Thanks... Please what's the Bing tool for detecting ai content?

It can very easily but it don't it seems, it's going after spam content, ai or not.

It can check for plagiarism of the content but can't detect if the content was specifically generated by AI

I'm not sure in the future, but now they can't! But however, in the future AI Content will also be next level and very very readable, so Google will never know lol

sure how you diffirientiat who make what article? except they put somthing that mark it
so if the ai article quality high enough, than it's safe. heck i bet someone out ther have genuine article but written so bad that it mistaken as ai
basicly just ensure your article quality. with current Ai best is rewrite the article

Yes, it is officially true. Officially, they are unable to detect it. It's basically not true.

Google can't detect anything. In fact, even if your content is directly plagiarized, with no spin, and no rewrite, they would still rank it. I have seen so many such copy-paste sites that make 100k+ a year. However, the original content would struggle to rank, because this copy-paste site has more authority. Google is a broken ship, in contrast to competing Bing and others who are building a ship for sailing.

It is just that amateur SEO gurus give us the impression that Google's tech is better than God, They will know the crime before even it was committed, Google would poke your eyes out if you do plagiarism on your site, and all those bullshit.
