I'm wondering if it's possible G00gle can detect "when" backlinks are created on websites. When the spider crawls the site, does it think "hey, this link was placed on MM/DD/YYYY at HH:MM:SS , or does it only think "hey, this link wasn't here last time I crawled, and now it is." Also, what if I had a 500 page site... Then I sent 1,000 backlinks to each page except page 500. So page500.html doesn't have any backlinks at all. Will that page without backlinks rank high because the rest of the website has backlinks? Or do I have to build backlinks to that individual page to rank it high?
