Can an approved BST be moved to a different section? What would be the process?

Mod decides the appropriate category during the approval process.

Yes, $30 is charged For any changes related to BST.
Either contact the mod who approved your BST or contact support.

"Chose the Marketplace section that describes your service and create your thread"

You choose when you submit your BST for approval.

Raise a support ticket though and ask them to move it.

The thread goes live in the section you posted it in, this is not a mod decision
