You choose when you submit your BST for approval.

Raise a support ticket though and ask them to move it.

The thread goes live in the section you posted it in, this is not a mod decision

Please note the section you move it to must be relevant to your thread. For example you can’t move a marketplace hosting thread into a link building section.
