Can Anyone Recommend a Good AI Cold Calling Service?

I'm trying to make cold calls using ElevenLabs AI voices. So ideally the person doesn't answer, then their voicemail has a human voice on it asking to call them back.

The trouble is that Twilio will ban you for a high rate of non-answered calls and I'm not sure how to set up ElevenLabs to be variable in what it says in the voicemail (example: "Hi, [Business Name] we saw your website needed an update"

Can anyone recommend a good system to cold call using AI-voice?

Have you heard of Air Ai? might be worth checking out.
not sure of their prices but it can be used for appointment setting, customer service or even sales calls.
 
Why dont you use a ringless voicemail drop service? I have to check but I think my CRM, SMS-IT has something like this too (LTD, $500).

consider using a combination of ElevenLabs' AI voices and a dedicated cold calling platform that offers voicemail customization capabilities such as Dialpad or callHippo

SMS-IT, too bad they you have to opt in people. When I bought this I thought SMS was still wide open... They have a smart dialer too.

I’ve been testing out Synthesys AI Phone Call Platform for cold calls. It uses super realistic AI voices, and I can personalize voicemails for different businesses. So far, fewer non-answered issues compared to other tools. Still early, but results look promising for appointment-setting and lead engagement
 
VoiceDrop is the best ringless voicemail tool I met, because they natural AI voice inside so you can write your pitch and it will speak it in the person's voicemail

I'm pretty sure they work with ElevenLabs because their voice quality is really good
