Need help grabbing an old account thats not been used since 2009.
Can anyone get old unused X handles?

yes i get my xing / twitter account by these steps:
- Go to the Twitter Account Recovery Page : here you can find a recovery page
- Enter accurate Account Information :
- Provide the email address or phone number associated with the old Twitter account.
- Click "Search."
- Twitter will send a verification code to the email address or phone number associated with the account.
- Enter the verification code when prompted.
- If you have multiple accounts linked to the same email address or phone number, choose the one you want to recover.
- Reset Password:
- Once you've verified your identity, you'll be prompted to reset the password.
- Choose a strong, secure password that you haven't used before.
- Check your email for any messages from Twitter regarding the account reactivation.

That's going to be tricky. I don't see any method to access the account.
