yes i get my xing / twitter account by these steps:

- Go to the Twitter Account Recovery Page : here you can find a recovery page

- Enter accurate Account Information :

• Provide the email address or phone number associated with the old Twitter account.
• Click "Search."

- Verify Your Identity:

• Twitter will send a verification code to the email address or phone number associated with the account.
• Enter the verification code when prompted.

- Choose the Account:

• If you have multiple accounts linked to the same email address or phone number, choose the one you want to recover.

- Reset Password:

• Once you've verified your identity, you'll be prompted to reset the password.
• Choose a strong, secure password that you haven't used before.

- Check for Account Reactivation Email:

• Check your email for any messages from Twitter regarding the account reactivation.

twitter wont just hand over any accounts to you

nah is not posible, you never know if that person will return so their answer will always be no so contacting X support is not a solution, hacking or getting in contact with the person but since account is abandoned there is not too much to do.

That's going to be tricky. I don't see any method to access the account.
