I have one verified paypal account, but I need another one,so that I could send money from my verified to second one and then make payment from that one.
Do I need to buy service from here for paypal verification for that another account and do I need to add my real name or country in second paypal if I use that service?
Thanks in advance

I think you're allowed to have one business and one personal account with Paypal. My recommendation would be to sign up with your own legit credentials (different bank account & email address) as Paypal can crack down on accounts that seem out of the ordinary.

Here is all of the information you will need:

Question was not what is paypal, but do I need to put my real name and address before using paypal verification service in this forum, or it is uneccessary. And whether I could send money from that account.

Why do u want to do like that you will loose money while transfering from one paypal account to other account. Try transfering money from your bank to you second paypal account .

You do not need to put any real information: I have a few paypal accounts. You need to confirm with a bank account, and it needs to be unique. Paypal doesn't match the name on the bank account to the name on the paypal; the bank will not give that information (unless court ordered?)

Make a paypal account with fake information, and then simply verify with a unique bank account you've never used on any other paypal accounts.

Let me sum-up Paypal for you, mmmmkay?

You send money to people.
They don't deliver the product.
You dispute.
Paypal tells you to f-off.

People send money to you.
You deliver the product.
They dispute. saying you didn't.
Paypal steals the money out of your account and refunds them
then Paypal tells you to f-off.
