Can you create a robot to automatically fill out a web page form and submit it? A Macro. Or even automatically click certain spots on web pages. It must run automatically in the background on a PC or Server. It must automatically change IP Addresses, etc. If anyone already has anything like what I have described, would you please let me know.

You should be able to come a long way with Imacros or maybe Autofill Magic.
