Can anybody tell me how this is possible ?

I seen many channel like this who's uploading copyright videos. And they never suspend by YouTube.

In their video description one extra line is

Suggested by : sony music
Warner Bros etc.

How could this possible ?
I checked every options on YouTube I didn't find anything like this. When i re-upload them video i got copyright warning instant.

Soo how they can ?

Well they can have asked the owner for the rights to use if. They could also have paid the owner to use it. Or They can't have ads on the video is another possibility.

No way.... I seen many many channels with suggested by :
And them channels are fully monetize with ads.

Then they most likely have permission from the owner of it.

Sony likes to sue people. I am not even surprised that when you mentioned their name, you get deleted. Imagine if you talked about apple. You would be in jail even before you uploaded

You can upload it but it could be claimed, so meaning you can't monetize it. And also sometimes the revenue it makes, will be paid for them.

it could be anything song/movie/spoof/promo/info/etc.. still you have to get prior permission to post others content
p.s - the video i have attached is from youtube copyright school which you should see before thinking about starting channel. be informed before start anything.

As I understand, some networks have agreements to use copyrighted music. The YouTube video creator has a list of music you can use, but I don't know if it allows ads. I'm a newbie, so that's all I know.
