Can an itunes link be marked as a spam link?

I want to market my song on itunes through mass emailing, my concern is that the link will be marked as spam. Can that happen?

I am already in trouble with my hosting service because of emails I sent out through a Virtual Private Server having links to a different site.

Any kind of help would be appreciated.
