Can a WhatsApp Bot Fully Replace a Human for Sales Chat?

Built a bot for a niche Shopify store — it guides users through 3 product options and gives a link.

Sales have gone up, but I still feel a real human would close more.

What do you think? Are we at the point where bots can sell, or is it still better to use them for support + filter leads?

Interested in what others are building.

There are many people who don't know how to properly use a bot, it seems easy, but if your audience is elderly people, it can be tricky

Media Enrich Messages and Flows might be challenge for non technical and elderly but,

if we use chatgpt or any other AI integration it can communicate in any language give answer to even simple silly queries..
People will not even realize they are not communicating with a human.

I am referring to AI which is placing and has also replaced few sectors ..... So doubt in the coming years it will replace sales chat
