web page must load under 2 seconds...
a second more and chances of people closing it increases rapidly...

Its extremely important,
If changing hosts is an extreme hassle for you, i suggest you start using CloudFlare, they'll automatically cache your website for you and can make you page twice or three times as fast easily with their CDN, best part its completely free unless you need SSL or any of their pro Features(Which you probably don't unless you run websites for a corporation).
Otherwise, just change to a better host, or even get a VPS, good VPS's can be found at comparable prices to some Shared hosting plans, if you can handle a VPS ofc(Managed VPS's are also a option, but cost more).
