Can a closed sales thread be reinstated?

I previously had a BST on the marketplace (a little over a year ago) that had accumulated a good amount of reviews. I'd like to provide my services here again but wasn't sure if previously closed threads could be reinstated?

Would hate to start over with no reviews as any seller here knows that "member reviews" make or break a BST.

MOD's, are seller's here permitted to reinstate service threads (so long as the proper forum fees are paid)?

Would appreciate some clarification on this!

I think better is start with fresh and getting review not a hard once your sales thread approved.
