Hey guys i work in a bank in india and its a very boring clerical job
i make around just 700$ a month .. i have severe health issues so i chose to work in a public sector bank where the work pressure is very limited
I have bachelors in comp science which is of no use now ... when i was in college i used to make some nice money doing clickbank and adsense selling crap etc etc
Now i am trying to learn CHatGPT but idk why i get tired very easily and i get demotivated thinking how old i am now and even now if i start if i can make good money online
i used to make around 1000$ a month when i was had no job ..that was long long back

Now i am trying to get back to the scene but idk where to start when to start what to do ..
anyone else here who started very late like me or lets say who came back after a break of 15 years ??

I'm in my 30s as well, shifted from a dead end career path to internet marketing, coding, AI over the past 3-4 years. Yeah you can do it.
Do you think its any good to get into AI especially when you are not that good in coding ..or lets say have zero knowledge .. i did learn some c and java but it was 15 yrs back and not really substantial i dnt want to get into hardcore coding ...just other things ...

You don't have to be the best coder in the world. When it comes to AI applications you just have to be good enough to tie API endpoints and some basic data sanitization together. It really isn't a big deal. If you're fine tuning your own AI models then you need to know a lil bit more, but you can work your way up to that.
When you say AI I'm guessing you're talking about LLMs (large language models).
If you did C and java 15 years ago you have way more of an advantage than I ever did, I never even touched computer code before 2021 lol.
Just power through, have self trust.
Also, to avoid putting too much pressure on yourself, give yourself some clear goals of what you want to accomplish and a reasonable time frame. For example, you'll have learned XYZ in the next 3 months.

I think you should quit your current job, do it for additional income, make mass content with chat gpt + canva and share it as youtube short, tiktok and instagram reels

Thanks guys i was wondering how do i create animation in pictures for comics if i have like 10 characters ..I obviously dnt want to sketch every event personally

Sure you can do this but it isn't as easy as "go mess with your own LLM". It takes time to learn.

Just be in it for the long haul and be realistic about your goals.

Learning AI means learning to code in Python, and soon there won't be many opportunities for people who are not very proficient in this skill. Using prompt and creating an article will go obsolete in no time.
I would rather suggest you own a niche specific directory listing website for specific businesses.

there is no late for leaning new stuff. it may be not that fast as other people. but still have a pace on yourself.
if you enjoy to learn that then its possible to make it.
i also just started too. hope your journey running well

Never late bro .
Just start and give it a try .

With all due respect to the OP, and if I may meander from the topic at hand ever so slightly - definitely not the first time i’ve heard people comment on the feeling of redundancy of their CS degrees. I can’t believe how quickly Conputer Science degrees becoem obsolete, according even to former students themselves. It’s just insane.

the banking job sounds great. NO PRESSURE.

You mentioned you have Severe health issues. Can you handle the extra pressures of IM and AI?

IMO, I would stick to the banking job, and dedicate some of my extra time to enjoy life.

Age is just a number.
Keep the health ok and be disciplined. Then pursue your goal well planned.
Success is assured.

Do not give up, you got it.

Thanks for the motivation guys i have finally started doing some online tutorials and courses online in my free time
learning python and chatgpt side by side and also trying to register to all old sites i used to be active at

I have bachelors in comp science

How did you get comp science degree without coding knowledge?

Don't try to reinvent the wheel. Big techs are pioneering AI tech, so make use of them. For example, use OpenAI API to create a product and sell that service to others. Learn Python or JS so you can start working with these APIs.
