Campaign live for weeks and now banned.

From what I understand, your problem is a post audit. This happens very frequently, especially with gray market products. Initially, the AI system doesn't detect it, but after a few weeks, when enough user data is collected or during a routine scan, the account will be flagged. The cause is usually due to circumventing content, sensitive keywords or your landing page content changing after the ad is approved or if the system detects tactics like cloaking displaying clean content for moderation but different content for users the account will be immediately locked for system fraud. This is problematic because it reduces the account's credibility.

tbh this usually means the risk score moved from one keyword to the whole setup. when a campaign runs for weeks and then gets hit, Google often re-checks landing page claims, billing consistency, and account trust together. copying the exact same campaign into another account can trigger the same restriction faster, so I'd rebuild one clean test campaign first and see which signal is actually causing it.
