My camp was approved but it's been 2 days and I haven't spent a dime.

I created a bait camp on the landscape so the small budget still shows no signs of being spent.
 
I’ve had the same problem before sometimes new campaigns just get stuck in review or throttled by Meta’s system. It usually starts spending after a few resets or by duplicating the ad set.
 
What budget are you keeping? If the budget is too low and the target is too narrow, the distribution system will not be able to find suitable people to display

I think you should try adding other accounts because Facebook is having some problems with some accounts these days like no consumption and slow consumption

Turn off the running campaign and duplicate it.
Adjust the budget to be lower than the daily limit, then launch the duplicated campaign.
If it’s still not effective, you’ll need to switch to a more stable ad account.
 
I have the same problem try to warm up the account first then create your main campaign

You have passed the facebook bot test, now a human needs to verify your campaign and you'll be all set to advertise.
