camp does not bite money

Sometimes it takes a bit for Facebook to start spending, especially if the audience is small or the bid is too low.

My camp was approved but it's been 2 days and I haven't spent a dime.

Because it’s just the bot approving, new accounts currently require manual approval by a real human several times before the system allows automated approvals. If you’re not careful, your account could get disabled very quickly because most of the time it not running because the bot cause something ...

Try setting a budget of around $10 - $20 at first, once it works you can gradually increase it.
I created a bait camp on the landscape so the small budget still shows no signs of being spent.

I’ve had the same problem before sometimes new campaigns just get stuck in review or throttled by Meta’s system. It usually starts spending after a few resets or by duplicating the ad set.

What budget are you keeping? If the budget is too low and the target is too narrow, the distribution system will not be able to find suitable people to display

In fact, there are many influencing factors, account quality is also one of those factors, my agency also has a lot of experience in overcoming that, you can seek our help:)

It could be due to bid prices, ad delivery restrictions, limited pages, etc. especially for new ad accounts, try switching to an old ad account.

What's your niche and is the account stable/solid enough?

It’s usually a delivery or review delay. Check ad status, audience size, and bid strategy. Sometimes new campaigns need more time or minor edits before spending starts.

I think you should try adding other accounts because Facebook is having some problems with some accounts these days like no consumption and slow consumption

I used 3 accounts and created a new page but still the same

Turn off the running campaign and duplicate it.
Adjust the budget to be lower than the daily limit, then launch the duplicated campaign.
If it’s still not effective, you’ll need to switch to a more stable ad account.

I have the same problem try to warm up the account first then create your main campaign

For new accounts, Facebook sometimes takes 24–72 hours to start spending regularly. Currently, payment methods may be “hidden restrictions”. When not spending, the best thing to do is to file a support request with Facebook support. They will check to see if your payment card is restricted.

campaigns that don't spend are often due to backdoor approval issues or limited signal learning. you should check your ad status, budget allocation, and try creating a new campaign copy with the same content to reactivate delivery.

You have passed the facebook bot test, now a human needs to verify your campaign and you'll be all set to advertise.

This usually happens if your ads are stuck in review, your targeting is too specific, or your budget/bid is too low. Try widening your audience and increasing the daily budget slightly to trigger delivery.

Slow or no ad spend is typically due to a delivery or review delay; always check the ad status, audience size, and bid strategy. Given that Meta is currently experiencing issues with some accounts, you should consider adding or utilizing other ad accounts as a backup solution to ensure uninterrupted activity.
