When my model tries to verify her identity on Bumble this message appears, do you know where the error comes from?

we're looking to verify the bumble of our first model, she uses our proxy on her laptop but at the step of verifying with pictures this happened. Every setting allows camera on websites so we can't find the reason. Do you have an idea how we can resolve this problem? Thanks

It looks like the port used for the camera is blocked by the proxy.

Have you tried to use another (anti detect) Browser and allow the camera @ Browser settings ?
