Simple, Want to rev up a cheap cam site and run PPC on it? I see there is some other sites doing it, but I don't think they are using pure Google Adwords. Any suggestions on where to look?

They are not using Google AdWords - Try out a network like ExoClick, which is specifically for Adult Ads and other sorts of stuff like Gambling etc.
