Need recommendations. I'm looking for an automated phone call system that can deliver a voicemail to either mobile or landline. Ideally I would like the phone system to have features like multiple dialing options, not the single call feature. Looking for software based I can run on a separate server/vps.
Also looking for a recommendation on a cheap or free mass mailer with proxy support with emails to mass blast. If need be I'll set up SMTP but would rather do the software route.
