    Hey guys!

I'm thinking of getting someone to answer phone calls for me for my local SEO business. I was wondering, do you guys know if there are people who offer phone services that bill only when they answer the call? Or even bill per day?

I saw that people are offering phone services on Fiverr. I'm not sure if they do such things.

My business is just starting out and I'm really not a phone person. I'm an introvert. I prefer to chat if I don't know who I'm talking to. Heck, I don't even answer my cell phone whenever someone is calling.

Just wondering. Any tips or advice?

There are many virtual office service providers including those that facilitate answering calls etc with different packages. Search on Google for them.

First, get your site squared away. Why is there stuff about acne on a SEO site?

    Now for the phone question.

I'm not sure who you'd outsource your inbound calls to if you really want to close deals.

SEO consulting is ALL sales for a while until you start getting referrals or land a couple big clients who then trust you after you perform well. You need to talk, evaluate their site, speak confidently to business owners, etc. The front end of any SEO contract will usually be very high touch, so you can't shop this stuff out to some random company in India or wherever.

I'd definitely keep it in-house. If you're really that shy, then you either need to get over it or be prepared to spend some serious cash for an outbound sales person to cold call and an inbound salesperson to answer questions.

Still, clients want to know who they are working with...they'll want to meet you, ask you questions, call you to ask about the project or to inquire about any number of (usually stupid) things, especially when you're just starting the working relationship.

There are virtual 'pay as you go' CSR providers in the Philippines that would gladly work for you.

    You pay only per engagement.
