Well do have done any previous process in the field ? Voice type are more preferrable for clients. Anyway client require your list of process and some work samples etc so always have them ready . Mostly you can get them in us or phillipines groups.
Yes dear , i have started more than 3 projects at that field but for the company wher i have worked on it was a multinational company , but now i want to do it for myself , i have all the requirements place , agents , Network Devices .., etc but i want to start with outbound project because it’s cheaper that the inbound because as you know the inbound infrastructure is more expensive than the outbound

Finding a direct client is hard and mostly they are offshore one but most bpo process are given by middleman known as Consultant. So if you can find one in your location then you are lucky.
So try finding a consultant, take reviews on him and then process.
As of process most non voice are 99% fake so dont trust them. But outbound voice has scope. As i mentioned have a sample of voice or call recording for quality as most clients DEFINITELY ask when you approach them . And try some phillipine based groups. They have the most bpo clients and process. If you are unable to find a client then try partnering with another centre and share a royalty because most give out excess process seats.
