Hi,
I'm planning to start a business based on my research to grab the clients. But I need suggestions in some areas:-

1. Which software/service to use to make dozens of calls daily that may be cheaper and provide call recording service as well.
2. Which software/spreadsheet to use for keeping record of communication between caller and the clients.
3. Which software/service would be better to make reminders if any client asks to call later in the specific time.

Thanks!

I'm sure there is software catered to Call center management..

But for starters you are going to need a SIP Trunk such as 3CX for VoIP services.

For your phone network infrastructure.

Then find a good Call center CRM software

- Yes I need the name of that software if you need any authentic resource please.
- I'm a digital marketer but starting in this area now. Can you please explain "SIP Trunk such as 3CX" before I need to do some Google search.
- I've described all the details regarding infrastructure Sir.

most of my history in the 9-5 realm has a call center to thank lol. I've got about a decade with various sales/retention/performance/operations management type roles. One of the clients our BPO center worked with changed up their software for the executive team to be able to dial into live calls remotely, any time. The program did well more than just that of course, but using it and navigating through reports etc was user friendly and easy to use. look up a company called transera, I think broadcom purchased them a while back but transera or whatever it is morphed into under another name sounds like the solution to your problem without having to shell out like global corporation status funds to have a beefy setup that costs as much as it is industry cool, which out here on these streets is fucking wack either way because ya cant really pirate it lol...hope that at least points you in the right direction!
