C Class IP Hosting

Any one using this
It's providing $1 c class ips.Are they reliable ?

i use them and they've been real slow to help although they do eventually fix all my issues...but it's been numerous. not the best reliability wise but they stand for what they're selling... just hope you have patience when things go wrong. but for the price, i guess you get what you pay for!

kayvas is Scammer i buy hosting from his website 2 month ago but he cheat with me i email me 10 time but he not reply me i send him last email this but he not answar and not refund my 20 ( I am very much frustrated, as I have asked refund of my hosting account which was supposed to be on first of this month, Today its 4th nov and I am still waiting for refund. I am not getting any reply from your side which is turning the situation worst. If I am not paid I will follow you legally and will refund my money myself. )
