simply add tracking numbers ASAP. if you don't have any, use Order ID and notice the buyer it ain't tracking..

That's pretty weird, never heard of such a case. Usually takes few dozens transactions as Vic Sage stated.
you need to build up sales over 90days. Have no cases open and ensure everything is in order. I have heard of a contact releasing funds via a glitch and i actually used this person a few times and i seen it with my own eyes, it did work, but then i got scammed....

you have to write in description of item for example (shipping time 12-20 day Epacket)
after buyer will start worrying you will show him that it has a long period or you have to say that there was some problem adn you shipped it now with fastest method or there maybe many options like that.

If you are legit seller, the 21 days hold will pass after you make some sells and the account is older than 3 months.
The 21 days hold exist for new sellers so they won't run with the money. Your request of bypassing it either means you want to scam buyers and get the money ASAP from the paypal account, or you want to do drop shipping so you want to reuse the money to buy the product.
If your case is the second case, than just sell low profit low price stuff just so you first get a good selling history and than you can sell more expensive stuff without the hold.

21 day holds are for accounts in the trust period.
once users leave feedback or tracking confirmed the 21 day hold usually goes.
the only reason 21 days stay if there a complaint about item then dispute opened eBay give buyers 180 days to dispute any item.
or you have sent a item and not paid for tracking that a bad move always pay for tracking.
eBay own fraud team deal with holds so there no way stopping it no tricks it all bullshit.
when the account builds trust as time go on your holds will stop , but if there account complaints can get many holds or even ban.
the better run account the more ebay let you sell .
