Hello, yesterday one random brand account of mine got terminated, it was an old account, inactive brand account, no videos on it and got an E-Mail that it was terminated for violating TOS (although I didn't have any video or activity on that channel)

Long story short, I wrote them on twitter about this issue and they told me about this "circumvention" bs which they explained it means:

"Circumvention means making ways to bypass the channel termination— by using or creating any other YouTube channels."

Well, last time when I got an YouTube account terminated was over 1 year and a half ago, till now I didn't have any issue but now out of thin air, they banned that random old and inactive account without any videos on it, which also led to termination of my legit YouTube channel where I earn $ and this legit channel was linked to all my other accounts on the same adsense.

They also said:

"Account termination applies to all of your existing channels, any new channels you create or acquire, and any channels in which you are repeatedly or prominently featured. So to answer your question, it will not be possible for someone to create a new channel if he has a previous channel that was terminated."

Now the question is, does someone know how can we actually bypass this "circumvention" issue? New E-Mail? New Phone? New VPN & New Adsense? How can we actually stop them to track us down completely so I can start again without the fear that they will close my channels without any reason again?

I'm already sick of this problem, now all my other channels are demonetized, from earning $$$$ monthly now I earn $0 and one channel was completely deleted.

I would appreciate a lot if someone know something about this issue or know a method to bypass it, a lot of creators are facing this issue recently, if you check @TeamYouTube on X (Twitter) a lot of channels got terminated only from what we saw on X (Twitter), imagine the amount of the channels outside X (Twitter).

Did you ever get this resolved i.e. open up a new Adsense, etc?

Usually, the solution is to use new proxies and change device.
But when a channel is completely terminated in this case (not just demonetized) didn't you have to connect to using new email, device, IP and even a new Adsense account?

Or what was everything you had to do when your channel got terminated?

So u are saying if I had a channel terminated in the past and all of a sudden they can terminate my fresh legit channels too?

Apparently it's possible. I'm hearing some say it happens, and others say it depends on the severity or number of violations (channels terminated) and then making sure to use a unique email and browser to create it, and it should be fine.

Have tried to get in touch with OP about if they are back up on YouTube, but haven't heard anything from them yet.

I'm testing it for myself right now, literally creating a new channel and uploading a video to see if it will get shutdown, just on that level.

Have you had a channel terminated yet?

I didn't open up a new Adsense but I want to, you need a business or I heard from others you can use your family members to open a new Adsense, because you can't have more Adsense accounts under the same name.

The thing is, using your family members might work if you have different addresses, I tried on the same address using a family member and it didn't work, they rejected me when I tried to finish my second adsense account.

Thanks for info, changing the device might work, using VPN and proxies. Right now I use the same device but I use 1 random country IP each time I log in, for each channel.

I responded to your private message, check it out when you have time, thank you.
