Bye Bye Facebook Dark Posts and Spy Tools

Apparently Twitter is doing the same thing.

This article shows the ‘view ads, page example from Facebook. On the JPEG read the part that says “viewing ads from Jasper’s market”.

I was thinking the same thing. Folks will simply copy their competitor's strategy.

In few months they will ask id proof to run ads.

Maybe not. They could just upcharge the competition dominators to keep their top spots in ad placement and views. A sort of "supercharge your ad" feature to upcharge them. Forcing the top dogs to throw more money to do the same thing they've been doing without people knowing what they do... Except now they do.

The only advantage they will have now is money. And that will invite others to give fb ads a chance. Of course, the one with the most money wins, so nothing changes really except more money in Facebook's pockets
