Believe me, everything that people sell in these guides can be found free online, it's just a marketing scheme.

Hi people. Let´s just say i am dumb and bought a method here. I actually found BHW a while ago because of this. Is there any way that Paypal would give you a refund? Funny thing is, the method was free on this forum.

Depends on your definition of a scam. Are you going to get delivered a method? Yes. Will it make you $3000 a month? Probably not.
Most people in that niche of selling methods take free info from BHW/other IM forum, rehash it into a PDF, and sell it. There's another IM forum which I won't mention. 99% of the threads there are teenagers selling weird methods that are short term/only a matter of time before they get patched because of the crazy bullshit they outline. In fact their sales pages look just like the stuff on buysellmethods.com.
Look @ BHW downloads section, it's loaded with "paid" methods people leaked. There's also other forums with a bigger catalogue but I can't mention them. You will realize soon that a lot of paid methods are waste of money. But if you have $30 you don't mind losing then why not. You'll either learn hot info or regret the decision.

I am sure that some of those 'methods' are in the download section. It not, they will soon be. 
buy sell methods is a huge scam, I wrote on another forum, after few months it was taken down.
1. I ask a seller if it was about hyips or autosurfs, they said no, so i purchase it, it was about manual surf, same thing almost, I emailed the owner, that it is what he said. I think the owner and seller same person.
2. They have "workers" to upload decent guides to make you buy real guides. They even bump each other threads
3. They upload old pdfs. I caught them doing one time, i found old pdf from around 2007 about elwood dog not ugly they upload it this year
