Buying verified Google Adwords accounts - tips/recommendations?

I just found out that apparently, some users on BHW sell verified Adwords accounts.

Questions:

1. Any recommendations on buying one?
2. Does Google ever notice the shift in your IP (one minute I'm in India, the next I'm in Australia!) and flag your account, or are they not that sophisticated?

I want to do some "interesting" things on my account, and not have it attached to me.

It is recommended to use the same IP, which was used during the registration phase. Any change may trigger security precautions; for instance, when you access BingAds from a different IP it may cause a temporary block of the account. I would advise doing the same with GAdwords.

p.s I myself sell verified U.S BingAds & Google Adwords accounts. Each account comes with a long-lasting private proxy used for access.

They are simply verified with a payment method, with an approved campaign. You have to spend $25 first, in order to redeem the 75$ coupon. Proxy included.

1. This is a 5 year old post.
2. He is not a Jr. Vip or a Marketplace Seller with valid permissions to sell.
